During this course, you will develop the skills & knowledge required to efficiently use resources & carry out improvements, including reducing the negative environmental impact of work practices.
The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is designed to develop a broad range of competencies including:
- Locate and interpret a range of environment/sustainability legislation and procedural requirements
- Participate in and support discussions for an improved resource efficiency process
- Identify, document and measure usage of resources
- Collaborate with team members on suggestions for improving workplace practices

Course Duration
This course is self-paced study
The course can be delivered over a range of course durations, depending on the needs and characteristics of the student(s) and their employer(s) where relevant.
Most students will finish the course in 12 months.
Students may complete the program earlier than these timelines through achievement of RPL, credit transfer or competency-based progression through the course, but students who are new to industry will most likely take longer to complete.

Course Delivery
The course can be completed online, with video calls with the trainer to assist with the learning if required. Some practical components may also need to be completed via video calls, and recorded as part of the evidence.

Entry Requirements
There are no entry requirements for this qualification, with the exception of the completion of a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment.
There are no licencing, legislative or certifications that apply to this qualification.

Qualifications
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be awarded the nationally recognised Australian qualification BSBSUS201 Participate in Environmentally Sustainable Work Practices.
