Get Your QLD White Card
To get your QLD White Card, you’ll need to complete the ‘Prepare to work safely in the construction Industry CPCWHS1001 (QLD White Card)’ certification. It is mandatory training for anyone to work on a construction site in Queensland.
The QLD White Card Course will give you a fundamental understanding of:
- Work health and safety laws for construction sites
- Common construction site hazards
- How to control the associated risks
- Incident and emergency response procedures
- Construction site communication and reporting systems

Qualifications
Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive:
- Your Qld Issued White Card
- A nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for the unit of competency – CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
- To complete your White Card you must:
- bring 3 Forms of Identification
- have a basic understanding of the English language
- Create a USI before attending a White Card course
- wear enclosed footwear (casual clothes permitted)
